Fundamental Robotic Technologies

While robots exist in many shapes and forms, robots are generally produced by the combination of many electronic parts. A vast number of elemental technologies are needed for robot development, including motors and motor drivers for movement, various sensors for recognition determination and recognition of the robots’ surrounding environments, and robot controllers for controlling motor movement through sensor input.

From the elemental technologies needed for the internalization of these technologies, subminiature/high-performance embedded robot controllers and subminiature/high-output motor drivers, bio-signal sensors, and external power gauge sensors are under in-house development. Performance tests and functional improvement tasks are then carried out by analyzing and applying the results to robots.
